    @Raven there's also mindfulness apps you can download with guided meditation tracks you can use if you're struggling to sleep and find those sorts of things to be helpful. I use them if I'm feeling especially anxious. The one I use is called Relax+, it's by a guy called Andrew Johnson and he's Scottish. He's got a very relaxing voice.

    @Raven ooh, me too. Well I'm not but I've lived here for so long I may as well be haha. My dad is Scottish.

    I hope the app helps you. I really like those sorts of mindfulness things.
