    Please someonebody help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 so so many thoughts going round my head. I cant stop crying. Fucking kill yourself. 

    We are we fucking born to this world of pain and suffering. Theres no worth or hope. I feelmy mind is clear telling me to just fucking die.

    Hey @Shaunie . Hope you managed to get some rest eventually last night? I'm sorry, it sounds like you're having a rough time. Have you taken your antidepressants now? If not, could you try and do that today? Even if it's only been a couple days, missing doses can make things difficult!

    Do you have a safety/ crisis plan, by any chance? Do you think something like that could be useful, for times when you're really struggling?

    im so sorry :( surely they should have follow up support, have you looked into charities that could help you?
