   Hi. My nickname is Ria, I'm 16 and I don't feel comfortable writing this but I know I have to start somewhere. I struggle with Anxiety which interlinks with a panic disorder alongside severe seasonal affective disorder(basically winter depression). Well...that's that side of me; on the other side I like reading specifically teen fiction and fantasy, I adore writing and write short and long stories and that's basically all I do apart from constantly listen to music but I swear I'm sort of interesting :)

    Hey Ria, it's great to have you! Well done for writing it despite not feeling comfortable. Reading and writing is awesome, what sort of music do you tend to listen to? :)

    The anxiety and seasonal affective disorder don't sound good. We're here when you want to talk <3

    Well done for coming on these boards and telling how you feel, it's hard to step outside your comfort, so you should feel proud. We have a creative section here which you can read other people's work and post your own if you feel comfortable doing so.

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
