Sorry :) either that or the Ferris Buellers running scene,

In seriousness I've been listening to the soundtrack from hackers, good beats in there.

I have a 2ManyDJs album that I use quite a lot, or Mylo.

Mostly, I listen to really cheesy pop with a good beat. I'm a bit sad like that.

You need to find songs where the bpm matches your running style... this is something worth googling because there are a few websites like this one which are designed to help...

Meatloaf: Midnight at the Lost and Found, Bat Out of Hell, Dead Ringer, Bad Attitude, Hot Summer Night, Sailor to a Siren

    Undertones: Teenage Kicks

    Rolling Stones: Paint it Black

    Motorhead: Ace of Spades

    Survivor: Eye of the Tiger

I have started running without music... I find it so much better. I can focus more on my foot work, breathing and posture and feel more aware of my environment.

 this thread... Day 1 of my 21 week marathon training started on Sunday and I'm already bored of my playlist, so will be taking some inspiration from here, definitely!

Totally agree with JavaKrypt - Pendulum makes me run faster without noticing it, at least until I'm all out of breath and realise that I'm not invincible quite yet.... I also LOVE DJ Marky's Brazilian Job and have been listening to it for approx 10 years (for dancing in my younger days, now for exercise, goes to show how lifestyles change over the years ;) )....perfect now the sun's out.

Finally, Asylum Speakers by the Foreign Beggars always makes me feel very "urban" whilst pounding the streets of Norf London!
