We've got so many charity shops to quite a small highstreet.

i know i think its a bit sad whenever i walk past it. i remember when i was little the only place i would want to go when my mum took me and my sister in town was to woolworths for some pick and mix
the woolies in my local town is still empty. the one in my hometown is turning into a big quality save. crappp.
i miss the woolies in my hometown. our woolies was actually voted one of the best in the country

Iceland was one of the firms that decided to buy a bulk of stores off them. Well the leases I guess.
The one in Camden is a sports shop and the one in Archway is a Sainsbury's.

I agree - just stick with the £1 shops. The drawback of 99p shops is that their tills will need tonnes of 1p coins to give out as change :-)
