Just bloody freezing *shiver*
Not much, but interestingly was warmer about 10/11pm last night, than it was during the day yesterday.
I'm dreading having to go out and scrape all the ice off the car :crying:
Now I'll enjoy lying in bed knowing how cold it is outside.
I find it very hard to feel christmasy at the moment...the decorations are out, xmas tunes are being played e.t.c..... but there's no winter coldness, log fires e.t.c, only blinding sun rays and 30 degrees heat or intense humidity leading to tropical storms.
I'd love a few days of British winter right now!
Ha ha, damn you Aussie boy, with your hot weather, sex on tap and whales on the way to work.
:thumb:
Yesterday it rained on and off I could see my breath too it was cold...brrrrrgh.
As for tropical...or heat.....heat what is that? I have almost forgotten think this year gave us a couple of days of hot sunshine.
It is time for getting out wellies....or for those more fashionable a pair of boots.
When I was in high school I used to get really excited, like everyone else, because school would get canceled. Now, I work outside so snow is kind of annoying.
With that said, it's always nice to see some snow coming down. It's pretty and makes me want to go for a walk with the lady, but then we realize it's either late and we should go to bed or it's freezing.
But bring on the snow for Christmas day, at the very least.
Snow on its own isn't too bad, but rain+freezing is. Also, I hate windchill.
I however love pretty nights with snow on the ground and clear sky, northern lights or stars visible, being out in the cold riding my horse! I love the sound of his breath in the stillness.
I love York...I bet it looks even more pretty with lot's of snow!
But I'm going through to Glasgow in a few hours. Fucking yas!!
Only if you live in the parts that get snow and not on the coast like some of us. :grump: The snow we had in april was the first snow that properly laid for years.
