There's a lot of Hadrcore tracks that have been ripped to produce some comercial Trance tracks see Flip&Fill.
And I'm with you on the Garage, I used to hate though now I enjoy garage tunes old and new.
I love a bit of Hard Trance too. If you ever remember an old adventure video game called 'The Dig', you may have heard the sample in this track before.
Mass In Orbit - Cozmic Orgasm (Nicuragua mix)

It did originally appear as hardcore track back in 97 (not a great era in hardcore) and has been flogged ever since.
How's about Sunbeam - Outside World, everybody should know this one.

Haha .... oh im varied. Hardcore and Garage just ain't my thing
Even DJ Sammy?
So am I. I do find I'm stuck in 90's timewarp though - far prefer music from that era. Roots and culture.

Hervé: Cheap Thrills (Dubsided/Data) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HB_8TBrzLs
This is one track that you're going to be hearing loads in the next couple of months. It came out on Dubsided last year, and has now been signed up by Ministry of Sound. One listen to it and you'll know exactly where the sample comes from! The YouTube clip has the original, and there's also a brilliant remix by Laidback Luke doing the rounds.
(just noticed that the Laidback Luke remix can be heard by checking the Related Videos section on that webpage)
