all the staffs i`m familiar with are great with other dogs and kids
suppose its like with any dog though, if you get them from a pup and teach them how to interact with other dogs, they`ll be fne
seriously though, i wasnt going on about it, sorry if it came across that way, i was just explaining myself to people who kept sayin "drop it"
wasnt being malicious
Fuks sake everyone we are talking about dogs, not cats so no need to argue.
i thought you meant a doggy tampon!
It swells up and sticks out behind her. /graphic
People sometimes go out of the way to keep their kids away from my dog, and she's a beagle. And lots of people, young and old will avoid coming near my brother's dog (boxer) when I take him out, even though he is actually the softest thing in existence (my then 2 year old nephew once tried to cut his ears off with safety scissors and he just sat there and took it with a pained expression on his face).
I don't think it's something to get annoyed about. If I had kids I'd probably do it too. You can't be too careful with dogs you don't know.
And just to join in the debate, I have no strong views on staffies either way.
My dog climing trees and shit on the forest yesterday...

He's a fast little bugger aint he!
i get quite scared of big or mean looking dogs though and the media doesn't help with that. sometimes i even have to cross the road. i got bit on my face when i was a toddler though (i still have a little scar) and got bit again when i was about 11 by a different dog
Not that bright, in fact both of mine are quiet backwards. I suppose its because we treat them like babies, they act like them.
We just brought the girl staff back from the vets, she has had her stitches out after her operation.
What I'm getting at is that people have told me collie's need a lot of mental stimulation, games etc. Would a staffy need the same kind of input?
they are quite intelligent which mean they can be quite stubborn, but they're wasilly trainable. They do need a lot of attention and excercise though.
He's just a mate of mine. Why?
i'm so glad dogs don't have periods. i wouldn't fancy changing a dogs tampon!! :yuck:
I think hes adorable. I like bulldogs. Look like they run into parked cars all day. Awwww I kept seeing comemrcials yesterday for some show but they had an all white one and he was a baby and climbing all over the table. Too adorable.
They do though. What did you think we were talking about?
