course he's gonna be in debt. there's that thing called the student loan!
Luckily i don't drive then
I'm also strangely enough looking forward to the challenge of my final year disseration and the stress and hard work that will bring with it. However, I've got to remember to not let having the person I love 100 miles away distract me from the end goals and getting the standard of degree I'm capable of. All in all it's gonna be an interesting year.
same here. though i know it'll be a different story in a few months...
i've had mine back yeh. but it depends on your lea and when you sent yours off.
I'd be bankrupt after one year if it wasn't for my job.
Dont leave it too long though or they'll be nowt.
Mate, I got excited over a reading list.
Lies. It's uphill til it peaks at Freshers, then it's gradually downhill til it plummets at the first deadline. Whatever 'it' is.
Today I got a letter confirming that I haven't requested a room in halls.
I have.
I did not get excited by this.
Oh yeah crap, thanks for reminding me. Must get that sorted tomorrow :thumb:
So glad I'm not the only who looks terrible in passport photos...
in a weird way i'm kinda looking forward to being a finalist..:eek2:
Apart from that I'm fine.
you probably won't if you go into it with that attitude.
go into it with a smile and your head up. even if you're not confident; try to act it. that'll mean you're more approachable and this will mean you'll find you have more friends thus increasing your confidence.
most things about the place in general i know pretty well, and considering i never was a durham student (just lived with three of them) i know a fair bit about the uni too
