ok so im a bell end and think i have a speeding fine on its way to me, damn mobile camera mofo.
so what i need to know, when i pay my fine etc.. will i need to send my driving licence off?
only reason i ask is i kinda lost my licence nearly 5 years ago, and ive no idea where it is/went.
dont really wanna spend all that money on getting it replaced.
(i understand i should have one really)

How much does a replacement licence cost? i'd better order one.
is that even if you've lost it?
Duplicate (GB issued licences only)
* Replace lost or stolen licence
£19.00
Then ask for them if they say yes.
They should do nowadays, because they should give you chance to contest it.
What happens when your not sure who was driving? Surely they don't let it go to court before letting you know whether or not you were driving?
I've been cuaght speeding in different counties and have always recieved my photo when I've asked.
Well there lies the answer. Don't admit until you have proof. Thats not a crime.
Try doing over a grand a week and see how easy it is to avoid the mobile cunts.
6 points in two weeks. :banghead:
Tell them you'd like to plead guilty but you just have a few questions.......
Police forces have a legal obligation to provide their evidence before you accept your guilt.
Bear in mind, though, that the law has been recently changed to make the registered keeper liable for not telling the police who was driving, unless it was not reasonable for them to know.
Depending on how much you earn and how important the car is, I'd seriously looking into getting some specialist legal advice. They do cost a lot of money, but if they get you off, the police have to pay for it. And they're quite good at spotting the little things the police don't do properly to make conviction impossible.
What is a "county"?
Where is the evidence for these things?
Yep.
worth a shot imo
I missed you rachie!
Bloody Volvo drivers.
