I mean, wtf? "Cause alarm"? I am never alarmed to see a member of the armed forces, I mean, you'd have to not be aware of the world existing to have any sortof suprise reaction at a squadie.
What a load of tards.
Was Al Fiyed born in this country by the way?
Harrods has always had a dress code barring military attire, along with 1001 other things.
Its a horrid shop anyway, I've never been in a food shop where the staff are so unpleasant and rude. OK I wasnt wearing a tux but my money is as good as anyone elses.
I dont think so, he's being trying to buy a british passport for the last 25 years or so.
What a prick.
But if they turned up with the robot on their day off just to get a few things in the shop I think it might cause a bit of panic.
What's that got to do with the price of fish?
Still, I suppose the HateMail's got what it wanted- a bit of fake righteous indignation against someone who is involved with its most hated rival, the Express.
What's the connection between Al Fayed and the Express? I know the porn baron Richard Desmond owns it, didn't know Al Fayed was involved.
AFAIK they're friends- Al Fayed certainly regularly appears in the pages of the Express with his stories about Diana and Dodi.
Many people would be panicked if they saw people in full military uniform stomping about the place. But that isn't the point- Harrods don't want people in military uniform in their shop. I see no problem with that, and nor do most other people, who don't go running off to the papers like some whingeing twat.
A storm about nothing, as usual from the filth rag that is the Daily Mail.
I think your usage of the English language is shameful, but I digress.
Why should someone get dispensation on the dress code just because of who he is? Uniform, along with a thousand other things, is banned from Harrods. Don't like it, don't bloody shop there.
Harrods, to their credit, uphold the dress code against everyone. An American heiress was turned away not so long ago because she was wearing unsuitable clothing, so what is the difference between her and this soldier?
People would be unnerved because people (rightly) assume that people only wear uniform if they are on duty.
Smoke filled pubs - don't like it, don't bloody go to them.
Completely different, unless you wish to illustrate how a shop's dress code gives you cancer?
because a solder would be fighting a war in his main uniform, while holding his one year old son, on remembrance sunday in Harrods, sorry i forgot thats mastake that anyone could make
