    If you are putting yourself through a training regieme that cannot be supported by a healthy diet and you find you have to turn to artificial supplements for so many things then I would have thought it was self evident that you are putting your body through far more than it would naturally take.

    Artificial supplements? Like additional vitamin C. :confused:

    So Holland and Barret's are harbouring invalids and people of ill health?

    You wouldn't understand the need for extra micro nutrients.

    You ask any athlete weather they are track, rugby, weightlifting or what. They will tell you that the need for additional vitamins and minerals are vital at keeping them on top.

    Excersise of any type will stress your immune system.
