    Does an xxy make a hermafadite? Or is it caused in the developmental stages, rather than a gene deformaty? I always thought it was in the genes, I thought I remember somebody telling me it was while they were in the womb.

    I think genes are mostly like a blueprint instead of the cause of all... I've heard there are several people in the world who are completely male, but have a double-x genome (with no y).
