49% of rapes last year were commited by blacks. When they are about 7% of the population.

Quite a shocking stat really for the black community, though I wouldnt expect anyone on here to debate it.

Tommo100 why are you so racist anyway? Apart from the fact you haven't provided a source how can you know how many rapes occur in a year? You can know how many are reported, how many people are found guilty but you can never know how many actually happen.

What about the percentage of black people raped? A bit high considering you reckon they make up 7% of the population don't you think?

Does this not also relate to gang rape rather than rape as a crime in itself.

As kermit has pointed out before, rape is about power, so you dont have to rape with a penis. However surreal it sounds, a rapist is doing it because they love the sense of power over someone else - being able to take away their control.

I agree with bongbudda, mental health institute until they are no longer a threat to society etc.

Your source said that 49% of group rapes in a 5 month period in London are alleged to have been committed by young black men. Many of the attacks took place in areas where there is a higher than average concentration of ethnic minorities.

The two statements are completely different, and on a national basis the figure for rapes would be much, much lower.
