Hi,
I had half a joint of cannabis last night and while out ended up feeling horrendous-i everything started to spin and i go very panicky-my friends had take me home.
I thought id b better after a nights sleep, but i still feel very floaty and panicky.
How long is this going to last-im very scared!?
Will there be long-term damage?

No, there won't be any long term damage. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, especially orange juice if you can, eat properly etc. Sounds like you've had too much of some weed thats too strong. You'll be fine

you took a whitey, it happens to all or most of us at some stage in our smoking lives when we smoke too much...the reason why you're still panicky is because you are probably thinking about it too much so no you haven't done any long term damage you're just a lightweight!
Cannabis and alcohol mixed together can be an easy way to feel and be very sick.

I actually think that's the worst thing to do when your paranoid while smoking... going home. I think it's far better to just hang with your mates that know you've had a smoke and try chill out a bit other wise you end up climing the walls in fear like I used to do
if you get the balance right for yourself yourself though, your in for a good time.
i know a lot of people who have been put off cannabis through getting pissed before they smoke. they just dont always mix well

i know it's usually the opposite for me aswell, but i don't smoke much now so a few draws when pissed ain't that big a deal...
Oh of course, it can be done, but most people I know think it leads to a light stomach and on occasions you turn white, sweat a lot and then are sick.
I find its always the other way round, if im drinking then i crave a joint more than any other time, i find it hard to last throught a drinking session with out some smoke (when im drinking indoors with friends of course)
I think drink and smoke go well together for me
