    When I lived at home and my mum fell out with me over my boyfriend and i new she'd be wanting to find dirt, I chucked my diary out and have never written one since, the safest way.

    heh. mines either on my floor, desk or in my bookshelf. thinking about it, my mums probably already read it at least once, but still shes never said anything to me about it. plus its got some pretty intimate 'firsts' written in it. apparently last sunday my bf heard my mum talking about his boxer shorts. so she must've found the (worn) ones i've had hidden under my pillow for the last month. cringe. and still she hasn't said anything. what a good mummy :D

    Am I the only person who doesn't have nosey parents? My mum wouldn't dream of going through my things, she respects my space and privacy, and I hers.

    I think parents reading their children's post is by far the worst. It'd be like living with the Gestapo.

    The only thing my mum's nosy about is my friends and everything about them. She knows a terrifying amount of information on the most random of people.
