    yes i do seem to be hijacking this thread to argue legalisation.
    this does seem to be the hardest of all forums to get any kind of long lasting and meaningful deabate going.

    all through history laws have been enacted by the kings the queens the princes the governors etc.
    why?
    usualy to protect the king and or the kingdom.
    protecting the kingdom is all about protecting the people and their way of life.
    keeping the criminal element in check.
    making the criminal weak and the law strong.
    what do we have now?
    we have laws that are damaging to the individual and to the state itself.
    no wise king of the past would have done something so stupid ...or done it for so long before his advisors had put him right about things.
    the laws our kings make for us now ...favour the criminal ...someone please justify this.

    That's because in here we have a lot of people with similar opinions. Where are all the people tellign us "drugs are bad"?
    Starting up a debate about drugs in P+D is you're best bet.
