Well last night i had sex for the first time with my girlfriend...oh dear.
We done loads of foreplay and loads of oral and she said she loved it (plus i could kinda tell she liked it). Well as soon as we got to the penetration bit things were going fine but i cum pretty quickly.

It's better than what happened to me, when I couldn't come at all.
Normally if you come quickly the first time if you have sex again soon afterwards you last a lot longer...

Not only that give yourself a bit of time afterwards with post sex foreplay and then try again, as you'll have got rid of some of ya "tension" the next should take longer.

I might go with the stop/start technique and the "squeeze" thing for now until i get used to things. it the first sexual partner iv ever had and like blonde_b said im probably putting too much pressure on myself which is making the situation worse for me.
