Damn right it is, and ale is pretty horrible. The only time I've seen people actually drinking ale is those out of the road country pubs, full of old men with massive bushy sideburns, flat caps, pipes and all gittering about ferret breeding.
I've never understoof bitter, either. Why do people want to drink something that tastes bitter? It's like replacing orange juice in supermarkets with lemon juice fs. IT'S JUST NOT ON!

Bitter tastes nicer than the sweet fizzy pop that passes for lager in this country. The only drinkable one is Stella.

I've seen you talking about ale on here before, and you're pretty elitist about it. When people ask for a pint of bitter in one of the pubs up here they get a pint of john Smiths or whatever.

Morrisons have quite a few decent ales. I recommend Old Empire and Spitfire.
