    Get Blair and Co. to stop speaking on her behalf and let the real negotiators (NGOs in this case) continue or at least try to enhance some communication/dialogue with the kidnappers.

    One of the newer demands from the hostages is that they will release this lady if the Black Watch are not sent up to the Falujah debacle

    Fat chance of that I here you say. This is the reason why I really don't think that it it appropriate in any sense for the Blair thing to even open his mouth at this stage.
