Phone credit not gone on!

Hey all!! I went into boots this morning and put £10 on my phone using my O2 top-up card (that ive used loads by the way). i checked my balance+it still said 4p, so i looked on the receipt+it said 'top-up successful' But it still hasnt gone on!!!! I mean, i topped up at 10am, and its now 3:20!! Can i go back to Boots and…
