    Or parents could become more approachable to their kids. To make a long story short, where I live a whole load of people turn up and we all play football. This means that myself and other people know guys and girls in their early twenties, and even twelve (we've grown up together). Some of these kids will talk to the older ones about sex and girls or guys and we'll tell them what we think, give them advise and so on. They've listened to what we saidand so far have been very sensible about sex. Infact most of them may have kissed more than one person, but some of the girls who are forteen, maybe fifteen now have turned out to be fantastic ladies (they're not the sort who give head to every guy in the toilet, compose themselves as slappers to get a "rep" etc). A few of them have been with their boyfriend for maybe 8 months - they've not rushed into anything and only do what they want to try. If there's a problem, they'll come back to us and we'll talk it through.

    Some girls around thirteen/forteen I know through a guy mate of mine (their age) rush into everything to be popular, don't take precautions and try and pull guys older than me! They've not talked to their family about sex and are completely haywire.

    I've found that if these people have someone to talk to like a parent, they're much more knowledgeable about sex and understand that no matter what, keep it safe and keep it inside a steady relationship as much as possible.

    I think that if parents were more approachable to their children and talked things through, these kids would be better off. Not once have I heard of a teenage girl talking to her parents about all these guys at school trying to get her to give them head. If someone is there to say she doesn't have to, that they're being stupid and one thing can lead to names etc etc maybe nobody would be in this mess.

    Also, I know of thirteen to fifteen year old girls going out in this guy's car (he's nearly twenty). They use him to go driving with loud music late at night so they can fool around with guys around my age and a bit older. The guy they go with is nearly twenty as I said earlier and he always trys it on with them.

    If the parents knew where their girls were and could talk to them more openly, I think we'd see a change. Also, if these older guys could pull someone their own age, there would be less teen pregnancy.

    Final note : the girls in my year gave guys head (from maybe year 8/9) in the school toilets whenever these guys told them too - it made the girls popular. Then these girls were branded as slags, and as they grew up they never shed the name and grew into their stereotype (shagging any of the guys who asked them/pushed them into it).

    Telling them to 69 won't help a damn thing in my opinion. Just talk to the kids, it's all you need to do (a thirteen year old started talking to me as her girl mate a bit older than her said I was pretty cool to talk to about anything. She told me she wants to have sex, but her boyfriend (one of many she changes all the time) wants it pretty much right now. She's only snogged a guy and wants to try sex. Where does this idea come from? Honest to God, my first though was "what they fuck are you doing?" I talked to her about my experience of losing my virginity quite young to my ex girlfriend, and that I thought having sex at her age is a crazy idea. Now she's happy to wait until she's older to have sex - and wants to wait for the right guy before she does anything else but kiss. Aww <3

    Anyway I have the feeling I haven't really addressed the issue. Oh well.
