I limit myself to 2 times a day but occasionally 4. YES i can actually manage 4 a day. In 17 and a student at college. I normally do it after midnight and when I get up. if im off to college early I dont have time and make up for it when I get home. I say 2 is the limit to avoid 4 skin damage.
