Gotta try everything once. :thumb:
However, what would put me off is if it were badly treated beforehand. I can remember seeing a nausiating programme about the treatment of cats that were being eaten in restraunts. I had to remember that that was China, and they have a different culture, and view on animals and food.
Mr_Wobble
hard to fathom some peoples attitudes.
I like to think of things as 'When in Rome do as the Romans do'. I mean, in India they worship cows... in the UK they are only good for eating.
Sure we eat chickens and other animals.
Prefer duck lol.
Where the hell did I put the 'sick bucket' :eek2:
my answer is NO, most deffinately not.
I presume you're a vegetarian then?
*can't believe I just said that*
Mr_Wobble
only eat chickens and turkeys
though i have eaten alligator :eek2:
Dog is apparently quite bland actualy, so is kangaroo. Though its no worse than a Maccy D's beef patty.
well nothing is wasted in farming so when a frogs legs are served up ...what happens to the rest of the frog? it goes into foods for human consumption as protien or contains other meats.
students on a budget must consume more horsemeat and kangaroo and aligator than the rest of us. all perfectly legal.
if you live off the crap sold by ...'farm foods' ...read the label closely and you will find ...and other meats. phone them and ask what it is.
Does that mean you won't eat KFC because the animals are badly treated?
Yeah I'd eat dog, don't see it as different to any other meat.
