Rant

Just finished surfing and paddleboarding. It was a rough surf session at first.
But I do enjoy it and everything, I enjoy training and stuff but now I have so much I need to do that I just have not had time to do so its going to be really late night again.

I was doing some surfing training tonight which is something I do I mean it is very difficult with limited sight and everything but I like to do things that people don't necessarily think I will be able to do.
But I decided that since it has been really warm I would go for a little paddleboard before surf training so I did. But then I realised that maybe I shouldn't of done that as I have so much I needed to do.
So now I am very overwhelmed and I still haven't finished getting stuff sorted for when I go on holiday tomorrow.
I was then teaching someone to learn how to use a board which I had fun doing but then again that also took take away from other stuff that needed to be done at home, i stayed behind after doing some surfing training to help teach someone.
I also then had a phone call with a friend that I don't talk to much so that was nice.
I'm just getting overwhelmed with how some of my days seem to go by so fast and I don't get everything done and that happening with all this weight I am carrying.
also me and my partner are on about moving into a house together within the next few years so there is a lot of stress and overwhelming thoughts in my head about that right now too.
As you say, time can go by really fast, and when we've got a lot of things to do, it's helpful to think about what absolutely must be done, and what's a nice-to-have. The tasks that have to be done should given priority as they're more important, but it's also a balance to make sure that you fit in some "nice" tasks that you enjoy. When we're busy (as it sounds like you are), we sometimes have to accept that we can't get everything done on that day/week, so thinking about what must be done, and what is a nice-to-have might be helpful. We're here to support you through this.
I never did balance them before. I have always done the things I need to do and then I was never able to do anything that I liked.
I mean surfing is not necessarily a need, I could cancel going surf training but I would prefer not to as that's one way I can do something I enjoy while it being part of a schedule. And I also do the gym, runs and walks which also I Don't necessarily need to do but I do them because it helps me to stay healthy and have some balance.
A lot of my time is spent cleaning or working.
Yeah, it is really difficult on my mind trying to do everything as well as looking at houses with my partner, and also looking at rings. It is a lot as it's the prices of things I have to also look at and it's a whole lot of work.
My life gets so overwhelming so quickly. It's just I am so busy for a while and then it kind of goes back down to not as busy.
But at the moment there is so much playing on my mind, and then also trying to manage everything I am doing, and then also the stuff with my partner it is just too much for me at the moment.
