    Hey @bignosegirly0, I can hear how difficult it is for you to pull yourself out of an episode, and how progress at the gym contribute to this. It's brave to be vulnerable and share our feelings when we're not feeling great, so well done for that. Are there any things that you've found are helpful in getting through an episode once it happens? We're here to support you through this.

    @bignosegirly0 I really hear all of these heavy feelings and I can imagine it might be super tiring to have these episodes and be disheartening too, is that right?

    Have you noticed any triggers in particular for your episodes at the moment?
