So the only eating disorder support groups I'm aware of are the ones BEAT host. You can find them on their website: from what i can remember they run 6:45 - 7:45. They hold groups for various disorders but anyone can join them even if they aren't diagnosed with that specific disorder.

@Lottie5433 is right about the support groups that beat offer, additionally we also have eating disorders association northern ireland here too - they are located just round the corner from the centra at great victoria street in belfast - they offer support groups also!

monday - 6:45-7:45pm - for people who have / think they have anorexia
tuesday - 6:45-7:45pm - for people who have / thinks they have an eating disorder
wednesday - 6:45-7:45pm - for people who have / think they have bulimia
thursday - 6:45-7:45pm - for people who have / think they have arfid
friday - 6:45-7:45pm - for people who have / think they have binge eating disorder

How do the suggestions provided by @Lottie5433 and @shannon_164 feel? Have you managed to make contact with these services yet? The first idea which came to mind is BEAT but there are many more!
Would you benefit more from a 1:1 support session or a group session, for example? There are also self-help support groups, where you lead them more or more directed by facilitators rather than yourself or peers
