    Hey,
So the only eating disorder support groups I'm aware of are the ones BEAT host. You can find them on their website: from what i can remember they run 6:45 - 7:45. They hold groups for various disorders but anyone can join them even if they aren't diagnosed with that specific disorder.
    Hope this helps ❤️
I'm also a message away if you want to talk about anything ❤️

Hey @nem. It is really brave of you to recognise these groups are helpful but you would benefit even more if they were longer sessions.

How do the suggestions provided by @Lottie5433 and @shannon_164 feel? Have you managed to make contact with these services yet? The first idea which came to mind is BEAT but there are many more!

Would you benefit more from a 1:1 support session or a group session, for example? There are also self-help support groups, where you lead them more or more directed by facilitators rather than yourself or peers <3
