Reasonable adjustments??

Hiya.

This ks something I struggle with, I want to work but find this hard because of my Autism. Currently on 0hr contracts.
Employers say they can make reasonable adjust.ents etc but one I've had bad experiences where they don't and its shi* but some later places ovebeen at are accommodating (I think). What adjustments can you ask for? What adjustments do you have? How did it go for?
