Support with Studies

I'm noticing quite a lot of us on Boards are going through a hard time with studies right now - whether that's at school, college, or university.
This time of year esspecially can be so overwhelming, coming back from the Winter break to exams, assignment deadlines, job applications etc. It can feel like so much pressure, esspecially when we're also struggling with our mental health.
So what I wanted to ask is, what is one thing that you've really needed to hear in the past when you've been struggling with your studies too? Maybe it's a comforting quote you wished you'd known sooner, a piece of practical advice, or just simply a hug. Lets offer it to each other below in this thread.

I've needed to hear someone say to me, "You're learning, and that's an ongoing process. Take that pressure off your shoulders to know all the answers, or to never make mistakes. A 'good student' is not someone who knows everything, but who's open to learning, who asks questions. Dare to get it 'wrong' sometimes. It doesn't mean you're failing. Your worth and your skills are SO much bigger than your grades. You're doing so much better than you know. One foot in front of the other."
Oh....and a hug. Always a hug
One piece of advice that really helped me was that when things feel very overwhelming or complex, take a break and step back. Once I get to the point where I'm staring at something hoping it'll magically make sense, that's my cue that I'm not getting anywhere, and it's time to step back and take a breather. Go for a short walk, maybe make a cup of tea - anything that gets you away for a few minutes. Coming back with a fresher state of mind was priceless for me to get through the hardest parts of studying something. It's a really handy tool that I've used ever since, both in studies but also in other parts of life
