Struggling to sleep

I struggle to sleep I think all days and I think eventually most days I do eventually get some sleep but it can take hours and I need to sleep longer in the mornings and get tired during the day. I think I have struggled to sleep for as long as I can remember. I just lie in bed and just can't fall asleep straight away. I don't know what it is because I always have struggled to sleep and I want to be able to fall asleep better, I will need to when I'm working.

Hey @Azziman thanks a lot for replying. I think my mind is in overdrive a bit when I struggle to sleep, just with diffrent thoughts like worries about loads of different stuff, can be big issues or minor ones. I think a lot can be on my mind, like different issues I'm have had, overthinking things etc. I always appreciate that you're here to support me thanks so much
