Struggling to sleep

I struggle to sleep I think all days and I think eventually most days I do eventually get some sleep but it can take hours and I need to sleep longer in the mornings and get tired during the day. I think I have struggled to sleep for as long as I can remember. I just lie in bed and just can't fall asleep straight away. I don't know what it is because I always have struggled to sleep and I want to be able to fall asleep better, I will need to when I'm working.

    Hey @Azziman thanks a lot for replying. I think my mind is in overdrive a bit when I struggle to sleep, just with diffrent thoughts like worries about loads of different stuff, can be big issues or minor ones. I think a lot can be on my mind, like different issues I'm have had, overthinking things etc. I always appreciate that you're here to support me thanks so much

    @TheNightmare i struggle with getting to sleep sometimes too and i know it can be so difficult, personally something helpful is listening to rain noises or similar things on YouTube because it helps distract your brain and helps soothe you until you fall asleep 🫶 (this is particularly helpful because i also suffer from restless leg) so I highly recommend ❤️
