Hey @ellie2000, sorry to hear how you feel. Our emotions aren't always easy to will away. At times, there's an issue we need to address; other times, we simply need to let ourselves process the emotion and let it pass. What's on your mind? We're here to listen to you <3

    Hi @ellie2000

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you are going through a lot.

Are there days when you do feel alright?

Is there anything you think you could do to stop the feeling you are referring to?

@ellie2000 You could maybe distance yourself from the person so that you don't end up thinking and feeling rubbish as often if you cut down on the amount of times you see them.

If you still want to see them for coping afterwards you could do an activity that you enjoy to try and take your mind off things like art, drawing, listening to music, reading, watching a film or TV show or even doing a hobby.

    Hope this helps <3
