    Hey @ellie2000 ,

In answer to your question, yes it's very okay for us to feel less happy some days! It's human for our emotions and feelings to change and we should let ourselves feel what we need to feel. However, if you are finding yourself feeling unhappy most days and it's starting to stop you from doing things that you want to do, then perhaps it would be helpful to reach out to a loved one, GP or therapist and talk about what you might be feeling.

From your message, it sounds like you might have been feeling a little bit lonely, which is also very normal but not a nice feeling at all when we are experiencing this! Do you have somebody you could make nice plans with soon to give you something to look forward to?
