I was watching film called 'trust' it's gd, but tht triggered emotions, memories. I tried to search a person tht I knew who was one of the groomers. Do they forget who they were wen they get families? Why can't I move on from stuff? Do any1 no techniques? And do ppl tht u meet 4 the first time know uve been though stuff?

    It sounds really difficult that watching Trust triggered emotions and memories for you @ellie2000. You have done really well to recognise this and reach out to us. I can hear you feel you wish you had moved on already but these things can take time and your feelings are valid. Are there any techniques you usually find helpful when you feel triggered?
