    They all help in different ways @ellie2000 - a bit like how The Mix does not provide advice but other mental health charities do provide advice. Is there a particular type of support you are looking for at the moment? :)

    @Laura_tigger82 @vicky_zin sometimes I think that I have to attempt to find stuff myself. I think of asking ppl who I no or see they either take along time to do or forget coz I not noticeable. Sometimes I ask someone like family or stuff they give negative response

    I believe the services would offer help by possibly matching you with a therapist or counsellor, or give you advice etc! @ellie2000 . But family is always a good idea to turn to for advice too if you think they are supportive! You are noticeable! <3
