Talk about feels

Is it make ppl worse, coz the person I was talking to left early and their in this field? Is it usually for urself to feel bad. I tlkd to Mr.c back wen I had him and I remember stuff we tlkd about. Shall I vent tht out. Mr.c didn't mind
But these lot get worried y? And they're quite new. :)
Do these lot expect me hav no issues or horrors?

    Hey @ellie2000 - I can understand how you feel. Talking about feelings is difficult and makes us vulnerable, which can be uncomfortable for the person sharing. But also, the listener might not be in the right space of mind to hear difficult subjects - perhaps they're not having a good day, or they find it difficult to know what to say.

    That being said, it's still a good thing to do. Sharing how you feel helps you to feel less alone, but I'd make sure it's with someone you trust and who's ready to hear you out. Perhaps asking them if they're willing to listen to you talk about something difficult would be a good way to gauge this?
