Im glad that you reached out for help @Past User and it sounds good that the help you recieved was helpful too. Also, you don't have to apologise about feeling suicidal or having these thoughts as you have been through a lot at the moment.
If you're worried about self-harming, I'd encourage you to call 111 or visit A&E to make sure you're safe and tend to your injuries. If it's helpful, you could contact either of the below organisations for more support:
