    Is there a specific situation you have in mind @ellie2000? I get the sense that if people overreact to something small, it's usually because something else is bothering them.
    All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

    @ellie2000 It is important to communicate with the group and try to address any issues that may be causing this behavior, or consider finding a group that values and supports everyone's unique knowledge and experiences.

    As @Mike said, when some people react negatively, it can also mean there are other things going on for the other person and not necessarily something that you have said or done.

    That said, excluding you from a group can be a form of bullying behaviour. Is it possible to talk to the group and let them know that you feel excluded and would like to be included more? As @Terry8936 said you can also consider finding a group where you feel you belong and are valued for being yourself <3
