That sounds like a really tough experience @ellie2000, I'm hearing the wellbeing services are making you feel sad. Can you share more with us about what's been happening with them? We're all here to listen and support you <3
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

Agree, sometimes you just want people to get a move on and support you in the way you deserve, and wellbeing teams should 100% be doing that for you @ellie2000 ! I know people can talk about being drained when people around them are constantly negative, but I think that's more about people who never have anything positive to say about movies, songs, food etc... Equally, when you're feeling depressed, a lot of people begin to worry that they are bringing others down, which can in-turn make us avoid others out of fear of upsetting them too.

9 times out of ten though people would rather hear about the honesty of your pain, rather than you hiding it. At least, this is certainly the case here at The Mix. xx

@ellie2000 It can definitely be frustrating to feel like you're waiting for other people to take action or make decisions. What you can do is to stay patient, communicate your needs, and take care of yourself in the meantime.
