Is taking a day to chill gd? Ppl won't go rar rar? Is tht self care?

    Yes @ellie2000 sometimes taking a day to chill can be really beneficial! After all we're only humans and we do deserve a break. Maybe people won't be too happy with it, maybe they won't mind. In the end there's nothing we can do about the way other people react/feel so I think you should just do what's right for you. And yeah that is self care! Personally if I was taking a day off for my mental health I'd have a good sleep in, maybe take a nice bath, eat my favourite meal, go for a nice long walk in the park or maybe a bike ride (unless I just wanted to rest, which would also be ok). You might also find practising mindfulness quite helpful :)

    heya @ellie2000 agreeing with what @Xee has already said taking some time to chill can really help Your wellbeing is the most important and priotising yourself.Self care can come in many different forms and i think def taking time away from things can really help recharge the batteries. Just finding what helps to relax you and make you feel better is really important. Take care ellie
