Sorry that your family member said this to you. Sometimes people say stuff that they might mean as a “joke “but you don’t find it funny. Have you told them you didn’t appreciate them saying this to you? Mabye if you let them know how you’re feeling it might help.
I hope you are enjoying using it though! It sounds really cool
