We are here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us. Could you also confirm, is this The Mix's 121 helpline chat or another 121 helpline chat?
The procedure for giving feedback to the 121 helpline chat will be slightly different depending on which 121 helpline chat it is. In the main, this is because the contact details will be different.

- A clear subject for the email
- What service you tried to reach
- When you contacted that service (it's helpful to be as specific as you can)
- Explain what happened so they know what the problem is
- What your goal is (e.g. are you raising a formal complaint or just giving feedback?)
