I know I've just replied to your other post @Past User , but I just want to reinforce that we are here with you throughout this pain, no matter how dark it becomes for you. I know when you want to escape all that pain it is so frustrating to not be able to access anything to end your life. :( You must be so mentally-drained at this point.

I appreciate your honesty about that, even being open about self-harming can be such a challenge :( How do you feel when you self-harm @Past User ? xx

Honestly, I think I get what you're saying, when we are in so much pain, anything that brings relief can be a thing of solace, even if it isn't the 'healthiest' coping strategy. When we're in so much anguish, letting it out through some vehicle often feels necessary. Equally, I know this can become even more tough when you have to factor in being safe when you become emotionally devastated and distraught. I suppose, I wonder, are there any other ways you can cope (even briefly) when you have an urge to self-harm?

Huge hugs @Past User , and thank you for your honesty <3 xx
