    Hi @Morgan007, I'm sorry that you've found it so hard to sleep because of your stress. A lack of sleep can also take a toll on your mental health as well, which is why it's so important that we get a lot of it.

    It may help to write down all your stressful thoughts on paper just before you go to sleep, or talking about them with someone you trust. Letting out all these stressful thoughts and emotions can make you feel as if you took some weight of your chest. It may also help to make sure that you don't use any electronics just before you sleep.

    Couldn't agree more with Kaii's advice @Morgan007 <3 You're completely right about how deeply frustrating and stressful it is to not be able to sleep. Especially the increasing anxiety as it gets later and later, and you become more aware that there is less time allocated for sleep.

    Of course, I definitely recommend trying to head to bed with as clear of a mind as possible, like through journaling and trying meditation apps like Headspace:

    I was also wondering if there were any patterns to the things that worry and upset you right before bed? Are they the same things that worry you during the day or is it different?
