    Hi @Past User,
I see you said you felt guilty about lashing out because you were frustrated. I think lashing out when we feel frustrated is very understandable. I feel it is a very "in the moment" thing to lash out when being frustrated, as it can be difficult to navigate such an emotion. However, I see now maybe your feelings about the situation might have changed as you say you are not talking to her.

A cooling down period and taking a step back from everything can be helpful, to feel and reflect on things. Do you think you feel comfortable enough communicating how you feel to your sister? Let us know if anything changes :3

    Take care <3
    Fiona.

I can hear you are feeling angry at the moment @Past User, especially at your sister. Do you want to tell us more about the stuff she has said?

No one has the right to do or say anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. We are all here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us :)

It is really brave of you to share more with us @Past User about what has been happening between you and your sister.

It sounds really difficult that your sister has been really horrible and telling you what to do and what mistakes you shouldn't make because you'd regret them and stuff.

Would you like to tell us more about what you should apparently do and the mistakes you shouldn't make? We are here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us :)

It sounds really difficult for you that your sister said these things @Past User. I can hear how this made you feel angry, in particular.

Can you talk to anyone about how you feel if you wish to? Also, would you like to talk to us about what being stupid looks like?

When you are ready, you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with whom you want to talk to. We are here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us <3

I hear you @Past User. It is ok not to trust everyone!

It is really positive to hear you can trust us and the support chats though. Yesterday's 121 sounds really helpful too :)
