    Hi @Past User

    I'm really sorry that this is the situation you are in, I can imagine it must be difficult. What if you had a conversation with your teacher and discussed together another way they can help keep you safe while going to the bathroom? Maybe bringing a close friend that knows about your mental health problems? Or going with the teacher in lesson times so it's less likely other people will see you?

    That sounds really frustrating @Past User I hope you're able to sort all this out before things get too distressing. I think Daisy's suggestion is a really good idea and if you're able to talk things through with your teacher that could be a way to find a better solution for you. Do you have any other ideas yourself for what could be done differently?

    That sounds so exhausting for you @Past User , especially when you are hyper aware of other people observing you walking with teachers all the time. It's no wonder you're so frustrated at this situation, and I'm sure panicking about what others are thinking is not helping your mental health either :( I like the sound of @daisyella12 's potential solution, what are your thoughts?

    Regardless, I just wanted to let you know that we understand how important it is for you to have a right to privacy and dignity no matter how your current mental health state is. Huge hugs to you <3
