I'm really sorry that this is the situation you are in, I can imagine it must be difficult. What if you had a conversation with your teacher and discussed together another way they can help keep you safe while going to the bathroom? Maybe bringing a close friend that knows about your mental health problems? Or going with the teacher in lesson times so it's less likely other people will see you?
Regardless, I just wanted to let you know that we understand how important it is for you to have a right to privacy and dignity no matter how your current mental health state is. Huge hugs to you
