    Hi @ellie2000

Is there anyone you can talk to in the week? any friends / teachers at school? Are you worried about the reaction you may get from others if you reach out to talk to them? <3

Apparently, SPA stands for Single Point of Access @ellie2000. The NHS has some information about Single Point of Access which you might find useful.

    Most generally, it says
The Single Point of Access (SPA) is a team of clinicians who review your emotional and mental health concerns and help establish the best way to support you.

Is there anything, in particular, you would like to know about SPA? :)
