    Hey @ellie2000 - it's probs worth checking with a doctor on this, as people can have different reactions to coming off medication. Have you stopped taking your medication recently? Generally speaking, it is best to do so under the guidance of a doctor as they can help do this in a way that reduces any potential reaction to stopping the meds.

    I'm wondering if you've been able to talk to your GP about this? I'm hearing that being on the last strip causes you a lot of anxiety, are your medications on repeat?

    @ellie2000 You can contact your GP now, Ellie :). You should've been able to throughout the pandemic as your needs and health or still very important. Have you been able to speak to your GP about your medication?

    yes but he recommended EMDR (wateva tht means)

    Did he send a referral for you to receive that kind of therapy, Ellie, or did he just suggest that you apply for it? @ellie2000

    he suggested it. my whole story why i struggle is in (TW: assault - i was thinking) title.
