I find my chest pain unbearable and my left arm also hurts. I don't know if it is because of my sleep problems but I failed to change my sleep patterns due to unbearable chest pain. I really hope it is not anxiety. I guess I wouldn't have a long time to live, which is good.

I'm hearing how much pain you're feeling at the moment which sounds really difficult to be experiencing on top of the chest pain. You're doing really well reaching out to all of us and we all care about you so much.
With your chest pain, have you experienced this before and found anything that helps ease the pain? I remember you mentioning before that you find self-care videos helpful to watch. Is that something you might find helpful to try today?
As @Laura_tigger82 mentioned, there are services out there to help you through this. You never have to go through this alone and they are just a call or a message away anytime you need them. We'd encourage you to seek medical assistance if the chest pain is causing you any concern so you can get the best support available to you.

Sorry to hear you, actually a few years back, I also suffered from the same problem. My chest was paining a lot, even I was not able to sleep also. My friend suggested me to try some herbal supplements.
So I bought that after discussing it with my doctor, and literally it was really a great experience. I felt relaxed after that. Not only supplements, I tried some yoga also, so that I can be calm.
Thanks for continuing to share your experience with us about what helped and what did not help. It is great to hear they helped you to feel better. Hopefully, they will also help our other community members, such as @Kate_20, to feel better if they need it! Though, it is important to acknowledge that different things help different people
