hi everyone im lauren and feeling nervous posting this!!
just trying my best at dealing with life. im currently talking to the mental health team and going through a lot about possible diagnosis so feeling very confused atm - any help is much appreciated. pls reach outt o me if you want to talk :)

im 21 btw :)

    Hi Lauren. Welcome to the mix!!! Don't be nervous, it's a really nice community here and everyone is really lovely and gives great advice. I am sorry to hear about the confusion going on surrounding your diagnosis and hopefully this won't last too long and you'll receive some clarity. :)

    Welcome to the community :star: Going through diagnosis can be stressful, especially if they're discussing lots of different things, so it's completely understandable if you're feeling a bit confused at the moment <3 hopefully, your team will give you some more clarity over things soon, and can answer any questions you might have. It can be overwhelming, so remember to take your time to process things if you feel overwhelmed by everything <3

    We're a friendly bunch on here and happy to share advice or just listen. Don't be nervous if you ever need to talk, ask a question, or just rant - we're your people :blush:

    Being nervous is totally normal but you’re past the first step it was brave to post ☺️ You’re part of a support network here so there’s no need to be nervous to post in future ❤️
    Going through diagnosis can be very stressful so you did the right thing by joining the mix, I hope you have some clarity soon ❤️ But in the mean time if you feel like you need to rant, get anything off your chest or just have a general chat we’re here
