    @TheNightmare I don’t mind at all, I’m not the only one at home. My dad is retired and has quite significant physical health issues now, so he can’t do much. My sister is unemployed and looking for work, so I suppose a bit like yourself (and she’s older than you).

    @independent_ I hope your dad is OK. I really hope your sister is keeping OK too, I know how difficult job searching being at home can be and getting older not getting to where I should be. I hope you're getting coping OK too. If you need any support I'm only a message away or if you need to ask advice on behalf on your sister with job hunting or coping with the times I'll try to help with that too. Personally my family are all at home most of the time like during the day atm so it's a bit hectic at times too, I hope you're ok on that front.

    @TheNightmare we’re all doing ok thank you, or as ok we can be. My sister has applied for a few things recently so hopefully one of those is successful for her.

    My washing is now proudly placed on the line, so I’m done for a while! Yayyy!

    @leyla26 we have sun here yay but i am currently in bed with my oodie, quilt, 2 blankets and my electric blanket on absolutely shivering instead - i knew i was getting unwell again😩i just want to feel warm haha i hope you’re enjoying the weather!

    We do have sunshine a bit but it is chilly! It’s meant to get warmer later in the week I think, so making the most like the boring twat that I am and hanging the washing out. Can I just say that bedding is the worst thing to hang on a washing line! I gave up trying to hang it up perfectly, it looks shocking but at least it’s on the line right? And at least it’s sunny.

    I feel somewhat accomplished today, I showered, changed, put the wash on and hoovered before 12pm. And my washing is out too. In comparison to some days recently this is a big big productive day for me, I’m pretty amazed tbh lol! I feel i might be deserving of a treat.

    Edit: also pleased to see this thread more active again, it’s such a great space.

    @leyla26 it's sunny here but windy breeze. Hope you are, you doing anything to celebrate your new well deserved job here ? Can I ask as well if its home based or you go to the office or is it hybrid even? You should all go out for a welcome drink like wines etc hahaha.

    I get that too, once the wind blew in and my beer was on the window sill fell on the floor.

    @eylah I feel that, I can’t wait for it to get a bit warmer. I’m sick fed up of cold mornings especially now!

    @shannon_164 I hope you start to feel better soon. I had a cold for about 10 days just there, it’s awful, but luckily it never caused a temperature, so I escaped that horrible freezing cold can’t get warm feeling - that’s the worst.

    @TheNightmare all I have to do today now is fetch the washing in later on. Not done too bad really. Omg no not the beer! Beer is a nightmare to clean up too, I know this because my partner knocked one over in here once and it took me days to get the smell of it out of the carpet.
